Used to: schedule sessions, respond to enquiries, send resources, and maintain professional records
Data is never sold or shared for marketing

Risk of serious harm
Safeguarding concern
Legal requirement to disclose
Young people and parents are consulted wherever safe before sharing

Under‑16s: written/electronic parental consent required before first session
Ages 16–18: young people may consent; parental involvement encouraged
Parents may request, correct, or delete data at any time (unless legal retention applies)

Commitment: child welfare is paramount; professional ethical standards followed
Scope: covers online/in-person sessions, website interactions, and disclosures about safety
Key Principles: protection from abuse, respectful practice, prompt action if risk is suspected
If a concern arises: may discuss with parent/young person, contact safeguarding services, or call emergency services if immediate risk

Session notes are brief and anonymised
Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice required; late cancellations may incur full fee
