These sessions are gentle, supportive spaces where young people can talk about what’s bothering them — whether that’s anxiety, school stress, friendships, or low confidence.
I work in a calm, friendly way that helps teens and pre-teens feel safe, understood, and more in control of their emotions. Sessions are based on strategies from The Calm and Confidence Toolbox, tailored to the individual.
Sessions include:
Listening without pressure or judgment
Helping your child understand what’s going on
Giving them real tools to feel better
