Helping Young People & Parents, feel Stronger, Calmer and more Confident
School and maths are important parts of life, helping us learn, grow, and achieve our dreams. But sometimes, schoolwork and maths can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even scary. You are not alone, many young people experience these feelings.
Changes in how we learn, disruptions in school life, and learning away from friends can make things even harder. It’s easy to lose confidence when things feel confusing or when it seems like everyone else understands. Stress can build up and create mental blocks that make it even harder to focus and learn.
This can lead to something called School and Maths Anxiety, a real and powerful feeling of worry or fear about learning, attending school, or doing maths. It can affect anyone, no matter how talented or hardworking they are.
